I'm on session 2, things where going good until I got the cold, now I feel like I've taken a step backwards, I feel really low. This is the 6th cold I've had this year, I seem to be sick more often than I'm well and I look after myself, I exercise, I eat my fruit and veg but yet always have the cold, in session 2 it says about the stress response can lower our immune system, I think this has to be the case with me,

I think this is perfectly normal. When you have a cold it's more difficult to breathe and shallow breathing can make you feel anxious. Also, your body may feel odd with different sensations from being sick. The best thing you can do is accept the sensations and try to breathe deeply in order to calm your anxiety.

That is completely normal. Almost everyone feels "down" a bit when they are sick (why me, why don't I feel good) whether or not they have problems with anxiety and depression. When you think about the fact that your body has so much extra work to do to fight the illness that it can make other parts of you feel different. I hope you feel better soon.
