Lower expectations?

Does the program teach us to lower our expectations with people? That makes a lot of sense. If we lower our expectations with people we will have less of a chance of being hurt and angered. I really want to lower my expectations with people. Does anyone have any pointers/

Well like how low are you talking SW? That's a hard one for sure. I imagine noone can be at God like status but then we don't want to tolerate those who give Nothing to our life? That's a really good question you have posed and you have my brain thinking now.
