after a panixc attack you feel so drained and tired but you feel better? its like all the adreniline in your body is out and your exausted and for the rest of the day you actually feel better. so what im thinking is working out in the morning and realsing all the adrenline before i start my day i think that might help

That's happened to me as well, but for me I think the reason is that I got through the panic attack and reassured myself that once again nothing terrible happened. It's the affirming experience that makes me feel better. Because I've often had multiple panic attacks in one day, I would suspect that you're not really using all your adrenaline with just one. But each of us is different and maybe exercising in the morning is what works best for you.

In any event, exercising is good for you in so many ways I would always encourage that. If nothing else, you're burning off excess energy and generally reducing your stress levels. That can never hurt.
