I've had anxiety for 11 years, and been on Paxil up until about a month ago. A few days ago, I started having this weird feeling, like every time I breathe in I get this tickle and urge to cough. Is this a common anxiety symptom? I've had chest pain, throat tightness and stuff before, but not this. I've had other symptoms checked by my dr, and she always tells me I'm fine, it's just anxiety. My fiance broke up with me, I was involved in a car wreck, and I quit taking Paxil, all within this month. I'm really scared that somethings wrong with my breathing.

Yep, all sounds like anxiety to me. That and a few hundred other body pings, pangs, and bangs.

Radical: Positively anxiety - 3 high stress experiences in one month - would give anyone anxiety. Once you relax and get past this time - you'll be better- use your tools that you've learned in the program and you'll move on and be fine. Hugs - Dakota

I have been where you are many times. I, myself am not doing too well right now. Lots of depression and anxiety. Husband and child went on a hunting trip so I'm all alone with my thoughts - negative ones. I plan to order the program but money is tight so I have to wait.
