fustrated!!
Im new to this program and need help. Im trying to get pregent but can't because im tooo stressed out and get very anxious very easy. My heart will race for just any silly reason. Ill walk down the hallway and get nerves. I need to stop thinking of what people think of me. I hope this program helps. Any suggestions will help.

Welcome to the program. My first suggestion is to give yourself some time. This program takes a lot of time and effort and it takes a while to start seeing significant results. So don't get discouraged right away. You'll be learning a great deal about yourself, your way of thinking, and tools and skill that will help you not only deal with your anxiety but other aspects of your personality as well.
Second, and I don't mean to offend you, but perhaps this is not the best time to get pregnant. If you're already dealing with excessive stress from an anxiety disorder, you may not want to add the stress of going through a pregnancy and then taking care of a newborn on top of everything else. Ask yourself if you can put things off a bit. Sometimes we create artificial schedules for ourselves that really don't need to be followed and only lead to more stress and anxiety. Take one thing at a time, day by day.

You've certainly taken the right step by ordering the program
Don't skip around on the cds, do one at a time and you'll definitely see a difference. The WORK that you put towards the program will most definitely affect how well you do. So like Searunner mentioned, don't discouraged. For many of us, it's taken years, tackling one category at a time. But I'm sure you'll do well and feel a great deal of relief from listening to the cds.
