last night i crashed out around 2 and ended up waking up at 4ish. just felt really uncomfortable. my chest was burning and real uncomfortable. got up and drank some milk and was getting scared that i was going to have one of my semi bad panic attacks and have to go to the ER. i calmed myself down but just feel real out of it today and discouraged over it. anyone else wake up and have incidents like this.

I have had this sort of episode. One tip--don't drink milk when your stomach is hurting. It will actually make it more acidic. You probably had acid reflux--this can be common with anxiety.

Try being quiet an hour before bed--no computer, TV, etc. Read something relaxing or take a hot shower. That will help you get to sleep. If you get the acid reflux, you can try some Maalox tablets and see if they help you. I usually chew two if I take them. If you need something stronger, try Pepcid, one 20 mg before lunch and one 20 mg before bed.

don't freak out if you miss a night of sleep--you'll usually sleep the next night.

By the way, are you doing the program? I not, a guy on the forum is selling one, and I think newrunner is too. If it is too expensive, these may be options for you.
