Hey all,

Working on the program and I've been seeing a psychiatrist too. Just saw the MD yesterday and he is adjusting my medicine just a little bit (Taking Lamictal and he's uping the dose slightly, taking the lamictal for mood stabilzation).

I mentioned the good days herbal supplement and he said I should go for it and that several of his patients have used it and if it works for me then great.

Well, I woke up this morning and decided to take one and now I am a nervous wreck. I am feeling more tense in my chest and I am so scared!

Good Lord! I haven't been this scared in awhile! From what I've read the things in good days shouldn't do this...am I just being a nervous wreck about taking something new? I started feeling ultra nervous around 30 minutes after taking it.

I hate taking anything new but I really would like to try this out because the program is helping and if this can help too then I want it to help!

More than likely nothing in that blend would hurt me would it?

So scared...
I think therefore I am...

I just started the program and the supplement as well. Starting something new and changing your daily routine is always scary. I find myself getting anxious just thinking about anything that will change how my normal day runs, but like your doctor said, if it helps you, then great, but you definitely have to give it a try. The nervousness and scary feelings you have will go away, just let yourself feel and you will figure out what to do.

Well...it's about 6 hours since I originally took the supplement.

So far I am doing better. After about an hour and a half of being extremely nervous and having a panic attack I decided to stop and do the relaxation cd. That helped calm me down a bit. I then logged onto these forums and talked with some people in the chatrooms. What a big help!

Before I knew it I started to relax a little bit and didn't feel quite as nervous. I also noticed that I had more energy and seemed more aware..more awake..more focused...it's hard to explain.

Taking anything new...makes me very nervous.

I actually just went out and walked for 30 minutes for the first time in awhile. I knew I need to start getting some form of exercise and maybe it would help me feel better. Of course I forgot to eat anything prior to that so when I finished I was tired and a little weak/light headed but I just ate so I am feeling a bit better now.

Overall, I think I have just been too nervous about this supplement. Looking foward to reading some comments from people who are taking it and what they think but I am going to try and relax and give this a few more days before I come to such a strong conclusion of "no way".

Hi, I started taking the supplement a week ago and I started to get dizzy spells after taking them for two days. I stopped and I havent been feeling dizzy since. Is it me or is it the anxiety? Does anyone else get this effect?

I talked to my psychiatrist about them today. He told me to hold off on these supplements for a little while. He said more than likely the ingrediants will cause some additional energy and focus which at this poinst in my anxiety recovery could actually create more anxiety. So I'm going to hold off for now...maybe once I'm a little bit more stable I will use them.

:) GOOD MORNING TO EVERYBODY IN THIS FORUM:
Thank you for commenting on the supplements.I was wondering what to do with them. The Psychiatrist told me to wait for a specialist he's got to tellme if it's right to swallow them or not.I will call him today to remind him of the whole matter,I want to feel even better if that is even possible(if it's not broken don't fix it)ANGEL2 BYE.
