I will be going along fine and then all of the sudden get into this fit of I don't know what....severe anxiety, depression, irratibility.......and I have a hard time snapping out of it for a while.

I HAD been having a decent day.....took a long walk, actually went into a store...and now I feel like CRAP.

I just want it to go away!!!!

Medications can cause mood swings, so can foods.
So can folks the cause road rage.

Maybe journal so you can track it, thus giving reason as to what may be triggering it.

Wish ya well.

I know exactly what you are talking about. It is just like Lucinda says, we will feel more anxiety as we work on our anxiety. Ugh. :) Paislee

Wow, that's a paradigm if I ever hear one. But I agree, you need to go through a lot of anxiety to get over it. Just hang in there.

Bring yourself back to the present moment as Lucinda talks about, focus on the here an now, don't allow your mind to drift, look around you, look at the trees for example, notice all the fine details of the leaves, branches etc this will all help to snap you out of it
