Started Free E-Mail Session 1

OK, so, I am here almost a month now and my progress has been awesome (IMHO).

So, I am in my e-mail and I have these messages from Lucinda that I have not gotten to and so I started the free lesson 1 today and the main focus here is not asking "Why?"

Well, it has only been about six hours and holy cow, that is really hard to do! I catch myself and make sure not to answer the question, but, OMG, my mind wants to ask why so bad, and I am working so hard not to let it.

I really did not think it would be difficult.

Since I am behind on my e-mail I figure I have to read them slowly so I can get an affect out of them, so I am not sure how long to wait, but I assume a few days before moving to Free Lesson # 2.

Anyway, just wanted to give an update and say, wow!

I believe I got the free mailing due to completing the Test Yourself section of the website.

I received a self analysis and gave my information and now I have a short seven series via e-mail for free.

Still debating the entire program, so far this site has been very helpful. Has been nice knowing I am not alone. That in itself helped.

I thought that first free lesson was pretty powerful too...i didnt realize just how often i was asking myself 'why?' and how much i assumed the absolute worst case scenario...

Almost 24 hrs. Catch myself now and again, really hard. It really was an oft asked question and I never realized how much it messed me up!

Wow, that does sound hard. I'm forever asking myself why...why did this happen, why did that happen. I'll sit and think about various reasons over something for hours. I wonder if I could even go an hour haha. Good for you giving it a go!
