Good morning everyone! I am striving to have a new attitude. Even if I am not feeling top notch, I know that I can change this w/ positive thinking, so no negative or obsessive thinking today. Today my goal is to do three things that will help me or others be more EFFECTIVE. 1) I got up and did 20 minutes of yoga. 2) I packed a very nutritious Breakfast and lunch. 3) I am greeting all of you with a smile. (all of this and it is only 7:00 am)

Great progress, welldone!

You are on the right path but the only suggestion I have is don't forget the time factor. I do remember taking major initiatives and getting excited and thinking it's all over only to be disappointed when the symptoms/thoughts come back. You are doing the right thing but if at any point the anxiety comes back don't be scared. It's fighting back with you and is not gonna give up easily. Just be persistent and don't give up.

Thanks, you are definately right. It came back this morning w/ force
But I was expecting it. Big day at work, high stress. So I did take a little medication to get through, but I did not feel guilt or stress out about taking it. I just reconized I needed a little help today and that is ok. It was still a really tough day anxiety wise so I am glad I did. My body feels awful still, lots of weird symptoms, but I know if I stay focused and think positive about other things it sure does help. Thanks for your advise. Tee
