I need to be more patient

I was talking to a friend about anxiety. he said he does these audits and it works alot faster. I let him do a session with me. Now I feel alot more anxiety. I had to listen to session four again. He wants to meet again on Friday I'm going to cancel and stick to StressCenter cds good things come to those who wait.

It is SO hard to be patient when you just want the horrible feelings to go away NOW. Just keep plugging away at your program.
