I started the program Oct. 27th 2007. Never finished it. Never got past Lesson 4. The Should Lesson. I had a handle on my anxiety without medication. In fact, I was working out, doing the relaxation and even enjoyed moments without symptoms of panic and anxiety (chest pains for me). Until recently. I started hearing a buzzing in my ears. Couldn't sleep etc. I'm Scared to death that it's permanent. It has launched me into a severe depression and brought back all the symptoms of panic and anxiety I used to have and some new ones (that spacey feeling Lucinda talks about). Do I start the program over from Lesson 1? Do I continue where I left off on Lesson 4?
Another problem. When I do the relaxation, I fall asleep. This is really not good for me to do during the day, because then I can't sleep at night. Which causes even more stress and panic. How do I get around that?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Vassilis - Welcome back, but sorry the problems returned for you. I don't know the right answer to your question, but I personally think you should at least review sessions 1-3 before you pick back up. I know since session 3 is very important to the program, you should go back through it as a refresher. As for the relaxation cd, maybe you should only do that when you are able to sleep through the night. It is very important to get your rest, so maybe you should not focus on doing it through the day.
