There was a discussion on Today this morning, anyone else see it? Interesting but didn't tell me anything I didn't already know. http://today.msnbc.msn.com/id/23846953/ I'm sure the video will be online soon

Yes, all things i already know as well. But interesting still. They make it sound so easy to do these things, thats what kinda upsets me when these things air on TV.

That was a wonderful post. I loved the message as the psychiatrist clearly stated......"ITS NOT ALL IN OUR HEAD"!! Alot of her points are like the guidelines here. Thanks for the info.

I was so excited to see that they were going to discuss panic attacks but then I was disappointed because they just barely touched on it. That's my fault - they don't go into much detail on morning shows like that. Anyway, I'm just glad for the coverage.

Time was limited but that guy was a bit patronising. Lester Holt would have done a better job of the interview

I don't know I didn't get that normal condenscending vibe at all. Although I know all of that information, I think even that snipit might help someone like us in the beginning who had no idea what was going on.

Did anyone else pick up on that lady who they interviewed who was having the panick attacks..pouring herself a cup of coffee?
