I need help
I tried once to go through the program last year, I stopped at session 4 because I felt better, but soon I realized I needed to finish it in order to get better and get completely over this depression and anxiety! I just started the program 3 weeks ago and I'm hoping for the best! I feel like this is my only hope I just wish I would have completed it the first time! Idk what to think I'm scared that it's too late and that I won't get good results out of it! Overall I'm very confused, scared and overwhelm the only thing I know is I want to be able to cope with it and be completely liberated from this anxiety and depression! If anyone has any words or advice for me I'd grately appreciate it!
Ytez,
Congratulations on coming back and facing your fears again! It's a tough road, I know, but the results are worth it. If I may give you a bit of advice: stop being so hard on yourself for what you haven't done and look at the fact that you're back. You didn't get anxious overnight and you won't get better that way either. There's no magic pill. You learn how to approach life differently. You don't have to do it perfectly. Just keep at it.
One of the sessions is about anticipatory anxiety, which is what you're experiencing by being worried that you won't be able to follow through. But you have to give yourself a chance, and anticipating that you won't scares you. It is scary to face your fears, but there is so much to be gained.
As long as you breathe air, it isn't too late. So good luck and remember there are many many of us dealing with the same issues!

ytez91 - i was going to say some of the same thinbgs as Bees4me - try to think about the positives - YOU ARE BACK !!! the good news is that you learned enough the first time to realize that it was helping you. Hang in there and give your best - and THINK POSITIVE thoughts - don't listen to the negative lies your mind is feeding you Good Luck
Everything is easier said than done! I know I need to get better because I don't want to live like this anymore full of limitations! Thank u to all that have replied! What can I do in those times of bad anxiety and depression when I feel helpless and I can't run away? I'll take any word of advice! There are times when I feel I can't control it like it's too much and I do the easy thing...I give up and feel sorry that I couldn't stop or control it! After times like those I feel bad for days straight and I don't know what to do! Perhaps I haven't got session 2 down yet but I kit feel this incrediable fear in those time of loosing my mind thy I don't focus in trying to calm myself down! Any words would help!

Hi ytez,
Here are some instructions on a simple exercise for moments such as you mentioned. It is a quick fix, to help get you to the next moment:

Here's the text of the matter:

This might seem silly to some people, but they haven't tried it. Low risk, low impact, and it works. If you want to know why it works and how send me a private message.
Don't let any possible jaded adult thinking keep you from trying this. Though initially it may seem silly; there are several things in physical, mental, metaphysical, emotional, and spiritual all coming together to help make this simple thing and practice work.
I wish you well!
