Does anyone experience waves of fear/anxiety/yuckyness throughout the day? MOST DAYS???

I will be going along feeling pretty good when wham...... lightheadedness or off balance or dizziness or nausea hits. Sometimes it is a weird wave of fear or derealization or I will even feel turned around....... just off, not good.

This is sort of what my days are like, especially mornings. After so many years of this I find my self avoiding so many people/places and things :( There are still things that I push myself to do, I am always working on myself and trying to improve etc...

Just wondering if anyone can relate.

Thanks!

Coco :)

Hello!I too experience the dizziness and yucky feeling almost everyday.I also experience the derealization.I wasn't sure what that ment but I have an erie feeling alot of the time. It's very frustrating!I too am trying to just keep moving forward. You just have to really learn to just float with the feelings.I know that's really scary because we think the worst with this anxiety but I really believe that's the only way that we're going to come out of all those symptoms. It is true,if we give them power by worring about how we feel the symptoms will only get worse and last longer.Pray and believe. It really works.I've been going through this for about 12 years.I know how hard it really is.We have to keep moving forward no matter what. The victory is ours.I hope this helps you in just knowing that others have the same experiences.I know it helped me when I read yours.Just the other day I was saying "somethings really wrong with me and I can't even describe it"Then like I said you just come back to reality and it seems to all make sense. If we could just stay in that state of mind. That's the hard part.God Bless!

Hang in there. I promise.....it will get better with this program. This program has been a God-send for me. I haven't had a anxiety-panic attack in weeks...thanks to this wonderful program. I was experiencing the same things you are....some worse...but through this program, I have learned to deal with my anxiety and depression, and my agoraphobia. I rode in a car for the first time in 2 years last week, and I didn't have a panic attack. So hang in there, and continue with the program, and it will help you sooooo much. I'll be cheering you on, but please stick with the program. Because it does work.
