I have let this fear control me for awhile since having a few bad work experiences. But I am 30 and have to get my life in gear if I will ever have a wife and kids I want so bad. I worry about everything from getting used to waking up early again, to not being able to do the job, to not having the people I work with like me or me them, and finally of having a panic attack at work which I have had as well. Please tell me if anyone else has these fears and what I can do. I am waiting for my program to come in the mail. Thanks everyone God bless you.

I think you'll like the program. It has done wonders for my anticipatory anxiety and chronic worrying. It seems we finally get tired of living in fear and decide to do something about it. I notice now that the decisions I make are no longer based on fear and are now more of a focused conscious effort. Good for you in deciding to make a change. Good luck.

Hi Jeff S.! I saw your post just after I posted mine on taking a new position at work. Before deciding to apply for the new position at another school (I'm a teacher) I worried constantly about having to start a new job. Would I like the people I worked with? What if I was unhappy there? I worried about leaving the co-workers I loved so much and how it would affect them.

The program really helps me address all these concerns. I truly think you will be happy with the program. Long story short I faced my fears and took the new position. There is some anxiety there still, but I am learning to manage it. If you ever need a buddy, write me anytime! If you want to read my whole post it is under triumphs. Good Luck!
