Hello Everyone,

I have been some what lacking in postings since I have been feeling a lot better. I do apologize for that since I should still be here trying to help and provide confidence for others, but with many good feelings returning I have not been in front of the PC as much typing my heart out.

Whelp, here we are today, an on and off rainy day, but an OK day none-the-less and I felt an attack coming on and I have not totally resolved all the issues yet.

For those of you who have not followed my story, I have Costochondritis and it causes chest pain.

About two weeks ago I got smooshed on an airplane and my left side has not been right since.

Went to the chiropractor yesterday and felt a little better, then between yesterday and today moved mulch and cleaned up an oil spill (as a volunteer fireman) and now my pain is at a higher level.

I know it is muscular as it hurts when I move and breath which I know are two pretty good signs of muscular, but my head still plays tricks on me.

I felt a panic attack coming on, but just rolled with it and I don't think I had it. I felt sort of numb and stuff, but I think I beat it, just wish I could get rid of the pain - all in due time! lol.

Oh well, I know recovery is not overnight, I am now up to weeks rather than days between episodes, but just was reading some posts and felt it would be good to post about my latest battle.

I hope you feel better soon!!
You're doing a great job keeping your anxiety levels to a minimum especially while experiencing
pain! Can the doctor prescribe something to lessen
the muscle aches? I am not familiar with your chest condition but perhaps you are in a flare up
and it will go away soon?

Thanks for the reply...it really is just something I have to deal with. Probably could take a Tylenol or something. The plane ride a couple of weeks really messed me up. Everything else just rolls off it! :(
