I got injured and had to stop working, not long before I loose everything

Well if having Chronic Depression and Anxiety is not enough by itself then having gotten injured with no insurance and having to stop working and now I am loosing my house and it is more than I can bare. My girlfriend and her two girls live with me so it's even harder to deal with. I will be jobless, homeless and bad credit!I just started taking Effexor but it's not really helping. I am 45 and have no family in this state and none that could help anyway really,I stand to loose EVERYTHING. I am getting worse as it's hard to get out of bed I feel so broken. I shake a lot of the day and I am getting cold sweats. I feel like I am really trying to just hang on. I try to look for work but I am under qualified for the jobs I see listed. I go to bed not wanting to wake up in the morning. What does one do in a serious state like this? It's so hard to face having it all and loosing it all!

So sorry to hear that you are going through so much right now. This is when you have to take one step at a time, make lists and reach out to others. I know you feel overwhelmed and it is all too much. Remember miracles happen and you can and will get through this.

You and your girlfriend have to band together and take care of one another. Make sure you eat really well, try to get out and walk everyday, do anything to get your endorphins up!! Perhaps you can work from home or something else will come your way. Reach down deep and find your strength, it is there!!!

I hope the effexor begins to help soon. Try to stay out of your thoughts and all the what if's, just keep moving forward if you can
