anxiety / stress support groups

Does anyone have any idea how to find a support group for those suffering from anxiety in your home town. I am not really interested in seeing a therapist on my own - but would be nice to have someone to talk face to face with, that is going through the same issues.

Would be nice if the program had a group close to my home. Just a thought.

I would like information on support groups in my area ,PA.I cannot figure this peer support gruop forum,out.I too would like to find someone to talk too that knows what I feel,face to face.Reply if anyone knows of one in Erie,PA area!

This should help you. I didn't see Eerie, PA but there are other towns on there, they might be near you. Im not familiar with PA.

This should help you Jen as well, its the same site but its a picture of the United States and you just click on the state you live in and all the support groups in that state will pop up with the Address and phone number and the person who runs it.
