Hi All, I know that dizziness is just another by product of our anxiety. However, my dizziness is extremely bothersome and its constant and made worse during a panic attack. Does anyone else struggle with constant dizziness? Does anyone know how to remedy it?

Hey Misty,
Well you are not alone with this symptom it is my worst one and I really struggle with it. People have told me to breath deeper but sometimes it helps a bit but most of the time I just live with it. I will be interested to see if someone has anymore ways to cope b/c it is a aweful symptom. Mine never goes away somedays it is worse than others but it is there all the time. It is also much worse with the panic attacks, when they come it is almost unbearable. I am working really hard on the program but I wish the dizziness would subside.
Let me know how you make out.
God bless

I have seen you in the sanctuary and beheld your power and your glory. Because your love is BETTER than life,my lips will glorify you. I will praise you as long as I live, and in your name, I will lift up my hands." Psalms 63

Thank you so much for your reply Mimi. I am sorry you are having the same issue. Yes, it is also my most bothersome and unbearable symptom. Lets pray that each day will get better and better with our Anxiety. As far as the dizzines, I am praying for an overnight Miracle! Good to know that we are not alone :)

Mimi, How old are you? and how long have you been suffering with the dizziness?

I am 29 and I have been suffering with the dizziness since I guess May of last year.

Just trying to play detective here lol maybe it will help shed some light

WHEN I GET LIGHT HEADED OR DIZZIE, I GRAB PROTEIN..CHEESE, MILK, SOMETHING...SOMETIMES ITS THE SUGAR LEVEL IN OUR BODY...AND SOMETIMES IF THE WEATHER HERE IN MICHIGAN IS AWFUL, I FEEL LIKE I AM REALLY DIZZZY, OR WANT TO PASS OUT... AS WE KNOW THESE ARE ONLY SYMPTOMS..HOWEVER, SOMETIME THE INNER EAR GETS MORE FLUID AND THAT CAUSES IT...I KNOW I AM FINDING EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING TO FIGURE ALL THIS OUT...JUST REMEMBER "NO DANGER"...I HOPE A LITTLE OF THIS HELPED...

Hi Misty,
I am 45 honey and have had this chronic dizziness since May of this year. I did also have the same problem about 13 years ago and it went away almost completely for the whole 13 years, I still had it if I got really anxious but for the most part it went away. I hope this helps honey I will also pray for you for a overnight cure to at least this dizziness b/c it is an aweful symptom.
Feel free to pm me anytime.
Take care and God Bless
Mimi
p.s Thanks Cyndi for the input I have been told that before

Hi Misty,

Your not alone as you can see. I too have the same problem. My depression has recently come back into my life due to a big break up and son going away to school and life in general. Oh, and I can't forget about good ole anxiety, can't leave him out. I can tell you that for me one of my first signs of anxiety is the quick feeling like your heads being dragged down to the ground. The next is the panic and I'm sure you know what goes on from there. I can say what's always works for me is the breathing. I concentrate on that and talk to myself and that does help most of the time. I do notice on really high stress days it's with me most of day. It's funny I can get used to some of the other symptoms, but this one is worst. I also have Lupus and that's also one of the symptoms and I'm effected by the weather and low sugar also. Hang in there and I hope we can all wake up and be healed. God Bless you all and Have a healthier, happier New Year!

Hello All,

I too experience experience dizziness (even as I type this). I notice it more when I am thinking about it. The bottom line is I have to remind myself that it won't hurt me, and it will pass.
