I am a working mom and I am really having trouble finding time for the program. I have already started over once because I missed a whole week. I really want to do this program because I think it will help. Any suggestions for time management?

HI TJT:

Im a busy person also, which doesnt help the disorder but I have taken my time with the sessions go at my own pace, dont beat myself up, try doing it right before bed each night, take the cds in the car and carry the books, when your waiting in line read.. etc. just keep working towards spending more time with them, it gets addicting rtrust me!

goodluck you arent alone :)

Maeggie has some good advice! I put a cd player in the kitchen and listen while I am cooking and doing dishes. You could also get an mp3 player and down load cds on there. I spend a little time each night before bed. Or how about lunch hour?

I am not a working mom but I have two year old twins and a special needs daughter. Taking time for the program helps me to think better and deal better with day to day stuff so its good for everyone involved!

I did the program this time last year. I bought a cheap, portable CD player at Kmart and I listened to the tapes when I did my power walking at the park a few days a week. That was my favorite time to listen to them. Sometimes I would listen to them while gardening and doing small stuff around the house. I strapped a 'diddy' bag around my waist with the player in it and just went about my house doing my stuff. I would give my kids something quiet and creative to keep them busy.
