Maeggie has some good advice! I put a cd player in the kitchen and listen while I am cooking and doing dishes. You could also get an mp3 player and down load cds on there. I spend a little time each night before bed. Or how about lunch hour?
I am not a working mom but I have two year old twins and a special needs daughter. Taking time for the program helps me to think better and deal better with day to day stuff so its good for everyone involved!

I did the program this time last year. I bought a cheap, portable CD player at Kmart and I listened to the tapes when I did my power walking at the park a few days a week. That was my favorite time to listen to them. Sometimes I would listen to them while gardening and doing small stuff around the house. I strapped a 'diddy' bag around my waist with the player in it and just went about my house doing my stuff. I would give my kids something quiet and creative to keep them busy.
