feeling dizzy help.

im really dizzy right now b/c i think i have a sinus infection. i went to the doctor the other day he said my ears were fine and usually qwhen my ears are fine like have no fluid in them i dont get dizzy. he said i didnt need any antibiotic but i am like so lightheaded its scarying me. does this happen to anyone else?

Hi. It's a very common anxiety symptom. Do your relaxation and use your journal. There may be some issues you're dealing with or that you may be unaware of that may be adding more anxity. We sometimes have more anxiety around Christmas due to so many commitments that we feel we need to meet.

I've had lightheadness for many years and the program helps to get rid of it. There is another post on this topic in forums.
