i know i know, there are tons of posts about the good day vitamins, but i am gonna do one more, lol. i have anxiety and ADD, no depression. i was wondering if anyone had an experience with the good day vitamins and helping them concentrate? also have they helped with anxiety? or any other vitamins that have helped you please let me know. i currently take magnesium, zinc, b complex and fish oil and i feel MUCH better than i did when taking prescription meds. but i still have promblems holding still and concentrating and a little bit of anxiety still remains, if i could figure out something to help this little bit that remains, i will have it beat. any help and advice and success stories are appreciated. SMILE!!!

Have you seen a herbalist? There are some pretty good herbs for anxiety. I was given skullcap and passion flower.
My naturopath told me to stop with the b complex, it can make some people more anxious.

I've used the passion flower extract and it has a very calming effect on me.

I am a bit of a 'health foodie' and actually spent 18 months trying to address my anxiety and depression with natural methods before I realized I wasn't getting to where I needed to be. I went on Effexor and then found the program and am really happy to have reduced the Effexor by a lot!

Things that help me are Reishi mushroom capsules and the things that you mentioned (I find the B vitamin and the oils REALLY are important for me) and I take a multi vitamin every day because our eating habits are never as good as they could be! :) I also try to get flax seed (ground flax, but it needs to be frozen or specially packaged to retain the oils) into a lot of things I eat.

Hope that helps!

I saw on naturalcures.com that a candida yeast overgrowth hinders concentration. Try a candida cleanse.
