Took a dive

I'm doing the program and I took a big dive today. I almost called my doctor to up my cymbulta.

Hang in there drussel. I'm a beginner and get frightened by all the "heres what you do" but then I remember that I am in this program and this alone is a huge step. Please believe in yourself and pat yourself for doing this program. You are not alone.

Perhaps you didn't take as big a dive as you think. Many times we are our own worst enemies. Like Freckles said, pat yourself on the the back for every little accomplishment.
