Hey, I was just wondering I know that we are not supposed to have coffee, but I am assuming that is caffinated. Are we allowed to have Decaf?"

Decaf is fine. I have decaf iced tea every day for lunch. Just remember that even decaffeinated coffee will contain a few milligrams of caffeine (compared to about 130 milligrams in a cup a regular coffee), so I suppose if you are REALLY sensitive and have a dozen cups it might affect you! Green tea is not necessarily caffeine free, but they do make decaf versions.

I keep my cupboards stocked with 1/2 caf and decaf. Now that I have tried to lower my caffeine i can REALLY feel what it does to me when I do have it.

Thats really cute that you said that lilsismj,
I do the same thing. I have noticed a difference when I have a full cup of regular coffee versus a cup of decaf. I'm humble for that teaching. I even keep decaf and reg. tea also... :D Now chocolate......that was alot harder for me. It is such a comfort food...chocolate donuts are now a treat for me on the days that I don't have any Xanax or just PMSing really bad.
