I'm just wondering if anyone else experiences having thoughts that scare you and it brings an adrenaline rush? I'm wondering if our minds don't actually go to those things to keep a chemical adrenaline going in our bodies because we are used to it? it seems this stuff hits me especially of mornings. sometimes I can go for a day or two with only mild stuff. anyhow it seems
like the mind is doing what it thinks it should to
keep the body hyped up because its used to it.
if that is true how do we break the cycle? and keep it calm? I take meds, too. just talking about it starts the stuff going and hot feeling in my back or chest. I don't know whether to face it or to try to keep myself calmer so my body gets in a different balance.
its kinda quiet on here today. hope you all are having a good day.
adrenaline rush
