I'm going to try this one more time. Does anyone have trouble journaling, My thoughts just run so fast I can't keep up with them. I find myself not writing and just sitting there with my racing mind.

Sure, I think we have all been there. But, jot down what you can... we usually have the same repetitive thoughts, so if you miss them this time around, perhaps you'll catch them next time.

Writing can be very therapeutic, so I encourage you to try... and, I wish you the best!

Bets...Write whatever pops into your mind. Do not even give it a second thought. The idea is to get your thoughts on paper. No need to try and have a perfect writing. That is not what journalizing is about. When writing the above question, you were journalizing!!!

It is no big deal. You do not have to keep up with your thoughts. Just write very simply. Do not worry about spelling or grammar. This is for your own benefit. No-one is going to be seeing it, but you!!!!

If you can write a letter, then you can write a journal. Actually, writing in a journal is much easier!!!!

I pray this helped..God Bless!!!
