dp/dr scares me!!!!!!!!!

I hate it!!! Im not even 100% sure that is what I am experiencing. My b/f and I had to run an errand this evening and right as we were getting home my mind just sort of went funny!! I feel weird now and like I cant think straight!!! I feel like I am not really here, like my mind is frozen or something. It scares me!! Now that I sit here and think about it, it doesnt even seem like we left the house, like I know that we went someone but it feels like we didnt!!!!

Hey girl remember it's just anxiety. Stay strong and try doing your relaxing tape. It always helps me and remember to have no interuptions, it helps. Good luck and I'm here for you.
