I often feel better when I've read a quote from somebody that is positive or gives good advise. Maybe some of you have had the same feelings. If so, post some of your favorite quotes here for others to see and maybe feel a bit better from reading. I'll start with some I have in front of me now.
"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly." - Buddha
"Finish each day and be done with it. You have done what you could; some blunders and absurdities have crept in; forget them as soon as you can. Tomorrow is a new day; you shall begin it serenely and with too high a spirit to be encumbered with your old nonsense." - Ralph Waldo Emerson
"FEAR: False Evidence Appearing Real." - Author Unknown
"Never bear more than one kind of trouble at a time. Some people bear three - all they have had, all they have now, and all they expect to have." - Edward Everett Hale

Here's some more.
"A cheerful frame of mind, reinforced by relaxation...is the medicine that puts all ghosts of fear on the run." - George Matthew Adams
"To conquer fear is the beginning of wisdom." - Bertrand Russell
"Nothing in life is to be feared. It is only to be understood." - Marie Curie
"Some of your hurts you have cured,
And the sharpest you still have survived,
But what torments of grief you endured
From the evil which never arrived." - Ralph Waldo Emerson

My doctor told me something that i can really relate to when I'm feeling overwhelmed with this process.
"A rocket consumes 80% of it's fuel during take off alone..."
In the beginning we all have to put in soooo much energy to "take off". Once we are out of our own "atmosphere" the process becomes much easier and even ENJOYABLE!!

Better to do something imperfectly than to do nothing flawlessly...
You won't win unless you begin...

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.
We ask ourselves...
who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous?
Actually, who are we not to be? --Unknown

Here are a few good ones, but I am not sure who said them, but I thought I would pass them on because they make me feel better to read them....
"Sometimes you have to go through the rain to get to the rainbow."
The Serenity Prayer - God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; the courage to change the things I can; and the wisdom to know the difference."
"Whether you think you can or you can't....you are right!"
