Getting Support

Does anyone know the phone number you can call to get support??

Also... does anyone know if you can just purchase the workbook or relaxation tape instead of buying the whole thing?

Hi Ashley,
I was able to just buy 2 CD's. They haven't arrived yet so I'm not sure what is on them. It cost 20 for the 2 CD's plus shipping and handling. I hope that someone can be of more help.
