Hi Jules,

I don't know if you already started. Whether you did or didn't if you fear speaking publicly have you tried other things, like trying to find someone with a kind face, or an object(s) in the room to focus you attention as you speak. This advice is good for anybody that does public speaking and should give this a try.
It is common to be a little nervous or jittery before you start, heck Lucinda admits to this, and I bet, Obama, as great a speaker as he is, gets nervous before he meets a crowd, so why would you be any different. Chin up tough girl, you are plenty tough. Clap and cheer yourself on before you step out to speak. Can you hear the Rocky theme? LOL.
Remember focus on a kind person and objects in the room and btw, don't forget your notes.
TC and Hugs,
