A helping hand...

I have been through the program twice already. It has helped in the past and I am planning on doing the program again because I have not had the results that I would have liked to. I have been having a lot of anxiety/depression here lately and just wanted to see if anyone on here wanted to maybe team up with me and be a study buddy. Just thought maybe I could learn some new techniques and points of view from someone else. Just a suggestion, if anyone is interested. Thanks.
