need help

hi my name is rick i have had this stupid anxiety for 12 years now and im so fed up with it now, i use to be so strong minded and proud of myself. until i had my first anxiety attack it scared me so much that everytime i would think about it i would have another one. im always tense and thinksomething is wrong with me. i would love to do the program but cant afford it. i lost my job , they closed down. can any one let me borrow there program? i ammbrass to ask but i dont know what else to do ,sorry

I bought the program in 2003 and have the tapes and VHS. If you have a tape player i will lend you my tapes/VHS.I will mail them to you asap. You will need the workbook so look and see if you can purchase the workbook separately. we'll figure it out. I still struggle but my episodes are far and few and you need it more than me right now.

hey check out ebay they have them there for a good deal...also check out your local library they tend to have copies that you can check out.
Theres another site called Craigs list....try that too.

Dont feel bad the economy is terrible right now and I know we are all hurting in some way. Hang in there.
