waking up
Hi Cindy; There is a topic just above yours that starts "I feel weird". If you read that and the replies you will get an idea of why you may be waking up in a panic. It could be blood sugar drops and you need to eat something with protein before you go to bed at night. Read those replies and see if that might help you.
Cindy, I actually woke up last night with the same problem. I am only in week 2 of the program, but I was able to talk my way down over time with the positive self talk and reading the weeks 1 and 2 cards. I was able to get back to sleep but I woke again with a less severe case, and talked my way down again. Went back to sleep, but it was never a good restful sleep. It's 8:45 am now and I'm still trying to get "back to normal" so to speak. It usually takes a while after a bad episode. Just try the cards and positive self talk and hopefully it will work for you as well. Good luck and I will be praying for you.
