Hello,
I have the program, havnt even hardly used it..
hardly any time to.
Now I see that I am going down in debt.
This makes all feelings worse.
I don't have money, so I'm thinking I should sell the program, but I really want to actually go through it.
I know I need help.
I'm so confused.
I don't know what to do; sell it then buy one later again if I'm more stable? Aye..
I'm so tired of all of this.
Any advice?
Thanks!!!

You bought it and it will be helpful; even to gfive you insights on your problems/afflictions. Try doing 10 minutes a day or so.

DAY, the program is kind of like a lifeline that someone has thrown to us. I am not sure if the anxiety is keeping you from working or what, but the program is very important! I am not sure how much money you could get from it. Since you have it , put it to use! Get into the program like your life depends on it because it really does depend on it at least how your life will be shaped in the future! When you feel better do NOT quit, I quit and regreted it. Read and reread the workbook!
Let me suggest some books, 'The Power of Positive Thinking' author is Norman Vincent Peale, and also books by Dr. Claire Weekes, she was a former sufferer and has many good books.
DAY I also urge you to look to the Lord, the Bible says He is a 'very present help in trouble' (not the exact quote)
Take care,
Rod

Well, I can relate. Finding time to start
the program is a problem. I have only
watched and read the intro materials.
Procrastination is not the problem.
It's 3 jobs, 3 late night committments
and the rest of life - most of which
is good.
I am guessing I will send everything back
for a refund.
Are some of you finding the program:
somewhat helpful? moderately helpful?
or extremely helpful?

Today is my first day listening to Session I
(I did the Intro yesterday) & the Relaxation CD.
I loved the Relaxation session and am fine with the session I CD. My question is this:
I'm not quite sure how much of the workbook is suppose to be done each day? Session I should be done in a week but don't see any indicators as to how much of the written homework is suppose to be done. There is my perfectionistic personality trait showing: the voice of "Do it right or don't do it at all!" At least I can laugh about it now!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all and welcome. I have completed 6 weeks int he program and I urge all of you to keep the program and do it. If you quit you will prolong your suffering. I am feeling so much better as the weeks go on. I know it takes a lot but it is worth it. I usually watch the video at least once then I read the chapter and take notes as to what to do and do the assignments to the best of my ability and then I listent to the cd's. Mostly I listen to them on the way to work and back. I try to listen to it at least 3 times a week. You would be surprised what you can miss by listening to it only once. And the more you hear it the more it gets into and becomes a part of you and helps to change the way you think. It is helping me alot and I recommend that you get started ASAP and dont let anything steal it from you. Hopeful, there is not any certain things you have to do at any time or day. JUst do it set aside time each day whenever you can.ONe thing you can do is soak in the bathtub and listen to it. I like to go outside and listen to the cds as well or even wear earphones at night and listen till i am asleep. That is especially good with the relaxation Cd. Any thing extra you could do to help-do it. You will find you will be getting better and better if you dont give up. I too was upset at the price at first and really couldnt afford it but I can say that it is worth it!

Hi everyone. I am just want to say to Day that if you really want to get better you have to start some where. I am a lot older I am sure than most of you and take my advice this is a good program but only if you really want to change. I have searched for a very long time, I have read, bought and read some more and this is the first interactive course I have come across. No price is to high for the chance to change and for what ever time I have left on earth to finally feel happiness, peace and acceptance within myself. What ever you do don't pass up help no matter the cost, the money will come if you believe you are on the right path. Work hard at this and your life will really become what you want it to. Take care.

Day, I just wanted to say, I think you should keep the program. You obviously bought because you felt you needed it. I know that selling it sounds like a good idea to get some extra money, but I can honestly say that the amount of money you will receive will not be as valuable as the help you will get if you keep the program. I have been unemployed myself since Jan 08. I have exhausted all of my unemployment benefits and my husband is on SSI. So I have no money to pay for my program either. But I know how deeply I need the program and how important it is for me, so I have asked my son to help me pay for it, and if need be I will ask my other family members to help out on a payment or two. To me stopping the anxiety, depression, fear and tears is much more important than the cost of the program. So try to hang in there and hang on to your program.
