tickle in chest

Hello - just wondering if anyone else can relate to the tickle in your chest feeling? Its a little bothersome..... That is the best way I can describe it - of course my first thought is "what is wrong with my lungs". Can anyone relate?

I'm not sure of your description of tickle in your chest, but I think I can relate.

Sometimes I get this weird feeling in my entire chest area, like I need to flex my muscles or tighten my my self up to know that I can feel pain when I move rather than just pain because something is wrong with my heart.

In my opinion it is in your mind, but I wil say this, from time to time after I take my Xanax I get this feeling and I think it is the muscles finally relaxing.

I often get a similar feeling across my chest. I know it is anxiety because when I take Xanax it goes away. Now that I know it is just a sensation and no real harm to my health, I try not to always take medication for it. It will eventually pass. It always does.
