people noticing anxiety

i don't have physical anxiety as bad as it was before but sometimes people notice like something is wrong. this is really worrying me and giving me bad thoughts. my anxiety has gotten better but something with my family happened and now this is really freaking me out. I don't even know what is going on?!! :(

It's OK to be honest and admit anxiety. People have all kinds of issues. Say it's something you're working on to get under control. You'd be surprised how many others have the same problem. Right now I've been really troubled with anxiety and depression but I know by working on the program and coming here I will once again succeed. You will too! :)

I believe we have what we focus on. Focus on being a calm person and give yourself credit when you are calm. We all have drama, but an attitude of gratitude will put things back into perspective. I have been consciously telling my self "Good Job" when ever I notice what I do right. That is how I would treat others and so now I do it to my self. It makes me feel good when I acknowledge successes even though they are small.
