Since I can remember (I guess when my anxiety first began) I have always been so tired. I was never really a coffee drinker, I usually drink green tea in the mornings. I can bearly keep my eyes open and I sleep ALL THE TIME! I don't usually wake up during the night but I never wake up rested.
I thought maybe I need more activity. I try to work out about three times a week and still no energy. I take vitamins, eat a protien filled breakfast, but NOTHING works. I have zero energy to even go to the grocery store.
Maybe its my medication. I take zoloft, but I have switched medications so much over the last 3 years that It scares me if I have to change again. Please help!
dead tired!
Hello! I feel for you--I've been there. If you haven't already seen your physician, I'd start there. Maybe you have some sort of infection or other that needs to be taken care of. If you've already ruled that out, take heart and remember it is two steps forward and one step back with insomnia, sleep disorders, depression and anxiety. Keep eating right and exercising and try to accomplish something of value to you everyday. Good luck.
Hi Anna,
I can relate with you, Anxiety & Depression is extremly Exhausting, physically, mentally and emotionally. It can suck the life right out of you.
I have been there were you are, sometimes I do not have the energy to do anything, but we have to keep going even if it hurts, and alot of my tension is in my neck and back and sometimes it hurts to move, and it drains all the energy I have, but you have to keep on going, the program is great tool to keep you motavatived. I hope you start to feel better Anna, take care.
