Hi jp4life87,
You should be proud of yourself that is a great accomplishment you did. It proves that you can do what ever you put your mind to. Keep it up.

Wow, jp4life87 --- this is such a victory! It's those types of successes that help us remember that what Lucinda says about anxiety and panic won't kill us is true! Take the time to give yourself credit, and indulge in some kind selftalk! :)

Jeremy,

You should be proud of yourself. I know exactly what you are going through. I was there also, not able to even go out of the house, let alone drive with anyone anywhere, even around the block. Then I promised my grandfather we would take him to north carolina to visit his brother. We drove the first day to Washington DC, and I took a half a xanax and could not believe I made it. I was so happy. It was not easy but I did it, all the way to North Carolina and then back. You know how much I am proud of you. You are a wonderful person, like we all are, and thats why we suffer anxiety.
Keep up the good work.

Linda
