1) Please read the other topic I have made. In particular the first post. It can be found here:

<A HREF="http://bbs.stresscenter.com/eve/forums/ ... 8931032816" TARGET=_blank>http://bbs.stresscenter.com/eve/forums/ ... 1032816</A>

2)Take it easy on yourself. You are only human and humans "normally" make mistakes many times. We can't always pick on our mistakes and try to analyze them.

3) You are not going crazy. The reason why you can't focus or not be able to remember things easily, is your anxiety and stress have taken more than 90% of your focus.

What you need to know is if for the past 1.5 years or even for the past month you have felt you are going crazy and you havn't by now then the chances are you are not going crazy my friend :)

Besides it doesn't quite work that way. People don't die or go crazy by thinking about it or else I would be going crazy a few times a day.

Try to get yourself busy with something and give yourself less time to "think". It is the think time that is getting the better of you at the moment.

Also at times medications can intensify anxiety, you can check this with the doctor but whatever you do, DO NOT come off medication all of a sudden. If you and the doctor both agree that it is the wrong medication then come off it step by step.

Hope that helps.

Hoping for help,

I agree with Helpless7. Make sure it isn't the meds doing this. Talk to your doctor about EVERYTHING that has been going on. You may need to switch medication.

thank you for your responses but im still scared to death and cannot focus or remember and then i get even more anxious. How do you change your thought processes. I know I make myself worse by getting so upset about the symptoms. Any ideas Thanks for listening.

Hi hoping for help~
I would talk to your Dr. about the klonopin. I took it for a while and had the same problems remembering things... as soon as I was off the klonopin I felt like I had my brain back!
good luck!
