Hi Rick. I've had an anxiety disorder for most of my life. It's so much better than it used to be. I had agoraphobia following my first depression along with intense anxiety and panic attacks. I've spent many a day on the therapist's chair but it really paid off. I work full time now and am pretty free in what I can do. I still have some of it though which is why I bought the program. I find that if I have an anxiety attack in a certain place or with a certain person, the next time I see that person or place I have an anxiety attack. I know enough not to avoid these people or places but I seem stuck trying to stop the people or places from becoming triggers. You're so right, panic attacks are frightening. They don't really scare me so much anymore but for me are annoying and embarrassing.
