that can have a panic attack, and then for days still have the lingering spacey, weird, "am I here" feelings??? This drives me more crazy than the panic itself. I've gotten much better with dealing with this so it does not escalate, but the waiting out the "weird spacey stuff" is so bad. Is it just me? I wish I just had the panic attacks with no lingering (for days) after effects. Mine have always been like this since they came on at 18. I'm now 38! UHHHHGGG!

You are NOT the only one! +This is caused by our minds (conscience or subconsience)knowing that we have been on high alert for a long time, so it sends more adrenaline to our body, therefore making us more tense. Make sure to pay attention (but DON'T obcess either) of the way you carry your shoulders,if they are tense and uplifted, let them drop and relax them. Do this a few times a day: Stand up, rleax yourself and even let yourself slump a little like a limp rag-doll then shake the tension out of your arms, let your arms and body be limp.
All this spacey feeling and blurred visin will go away as you use the tools from the program. For me, just simply knowing the cause of this and that gave me the ability to relax. Knowledge is power!

Take care,
Rod
