I was eating lunch today and all of a sudden my eyes were jumping. Not my actual eye but the movements in front of me seemed that they were jumping or moving. I can't explain it. Within 1/2 hour it went away. So, of course, with my anxiety, I am thinking I have a brain tumor or had a stroke I didn't know about. Has anyone had eye movements such as those. Please help.

Yes I can relate to your experience. If I'm having an anxious day things really catch the corner of my eyes and make me jumpy. Even louder than normal sounds make me jumpy. Or sounds that are unexpected. They don't even have to be loud. I was trying to watch a movie at the theatre about a month ago and was in a little theatre and the previews were so loud that I thought I was going to faint and we had to leave before the movie even started. I felt so bad for my husband but he was understanding and said we can try again some other time. We seem to miss out on so much because of this but with understanding maybe we can overcome some of this.

My eyes 'jump' move all around -just like that
smiley face  when I am stressing hard.

I hope people don't think I'm on drugs or anything
I also get spacey and kind of stare.

I'm going to ask the dumbest question ever..but where you eating when you noticed this? I know you said you were at lunch but where you chewing when you noticed the vision change? Only reason why I asked is because I freaked myself out not too long ago over something that sound very similar. Turned out it was because I was chewing my food...made my eyes vibrate which in turn made my vision jumpy. The harder the item you are eating the worse is is. Never noticed it before...because who does, but I happened to be staring at the computer screen one day during lunch when it happened.

Just a thought.
