forgot my meds at home
1) Are you anywhere near a pharmacy while you're at work? Sometimes they can call your original pharmacy and give you a couple when you're "away from home".
2) Do you have other strategies as a back up plan? Like breathing techniques, or taking a break and walking outside... or journaling... or self-talk... or that rubber band trick about snapping when a behavior needs to be changed (you'd need to start conditioning in advance of course).
3) You may consider just carrying a couple pills with you everywhere in the future -- just in case. If you had a small pill container you could keep them with your other stuff like keys -- hey maybe they even have one that would fit on your key ring (this isn't for today, but planning for future.
4) Think positive thoughts -- and maybe the situation won't arise anyway! That's the best of ALL worlds.

By now you are probably home. I bet you lived through the day. Envision the best outcome. I take some meds and sometimes I realized I didn't take them the next day when I looked at my daily pill container in my purse. I try to do the breathing when I get anxious. Sometimes just communicating like this makes me feel better.
