The mind can be a killer, not to actually kill you , but make things seem bad. A lack of activity to keep you muscles active can cause them to "atrophy" which leads to pain and a feeling of weekness. A lack of a good diet can do the same thing since you don't have things in your body to nurish those muscles.
Many of us with anxiety will forget to eat and even hate eating. Excersise scares us at it makes the heart beat fast where we breathe harder. That's all ok.
If you really fear health problems, go to a doc to see if it's true or not. In my case, I had a crappy doc for a long time. I changed to a Nurse Practinioner of Psychology as well as family practice. She completely understood my problems to prescribe good drugs that really helped me.

I know its really hard to believe especially when we are feeling these pains and things but its not anything that is serious. I know that I expect my body to be running in perfect condition all the time and when it bumps along the way I can get freaked out....the key is to remember that its not perfect and we all have aches and pains and feel sick or tired just not everyone puts the emphasis on it that we with anxeity do.
The more you pay attention to the pain and focus on it and worry about how much worse it "could" be the longer it will continue to bother you.
Sometimes we just do get sick...colds, headaches, pains, strains, but that doesnt mean we are dying...our bodies are trying to tell us we are depriving it of something...try to refocus your attention to figuring out what your body really needs and that might help you to fix the sensations.
For example....if you have a headache and pains in the head....are you coming down with a cold? Do you have some sinus pressure? Tension? Overtired? Now do the things that would help to correct the problem. Cold, then you need fluids and rest and let it take its course. Sinus pressure try some steam treatments. Tension, relaxation tapes. Overtired get some better rest.
Do you see what I am doing find a tangible reason for your pain (it doesnt have to be serious) and then work to fix it.
You will be ok Rose. Your not the only one that worries about health I am guilty myself but we will not die from these feelings!
Do your program. The what if lesson is excellent...great reminders and guidelines to living without that dreaded worry on your back all the time.
