Does anyone know how long it took these people on the tapes to recover? I know some of them have been recovered for years, but how long did the process take. I am better, but not where I want to be and geting a little discouraged.

And how do we contact one of them we would like to talk to. I can relate to Pat and would like to talk to her more.

I'm sure it's different for everyone, but yes- that's a great question and would be interesting to know. I have no idea if they even would let us find out how to contact anyone that may be on the tapes for confidential reasons. Good Luck! (also, I know it can be frustrating, I totally hear ya- Hang in there and keep the fighter attitude against this horrible, life sucking condition)

Carolyn Dickman has replied to me when I've asked her a question. She's always on here but I think alot of people send her messages so it may take a little while.

Recovery is different for everyone. To compare would be terribly unfair to yourself. Growth is ongoing and even those who have been "cured" are so because they continue to use the tools learned. They still have to deal with life - with ups and downs that they are confronted with - but now they have the tools to use. Now they know they can handle things and the anxiety is no longer an issue. Persevere. You'll get to that point. Sometimes it takes years but gets better and better as you continue to practice the tools - to the point where it does not matter anymore "when will I get better".

You cure when you cure. Enjoy the journey.
