oh i know. i remember when i had to pick up my husband after a procedure and he was sick and i started panicing and of course the nurse says to me you look worse then him are you going to pass out cause you look so pale. And she announced it to everyone in the room. Well my panic went from 10 to 100. thanks alot.

3 weeks ago I went for one of my walks and the neighbour comes out of her house and says, "You're looking kind of pale. Are you all right ?" I was feeling real good because I was a week or two into the program and I was feeling good for the first time in a while. That brought me down and sent me into an attack as soon as I got back into the house. She didn't know (and still doesn't) about the attacks, so I didn't say anything back, but it affected me. It doesn't anymore though.

I get the same exact way! Sometimes I will be doing fine just sitting at my desk at work and a patient or my boss will just ask out of the blue if I am okay. It scares me cuz then my mind runs a 1000 miles a minute wondering if I look okay or if I am going to p0ass out or what! I wish they would keep their questions to themselves but they have no idea I have anxiety!
