My biggest challenge since I have been diagnosed a little over a year ago having anxiety disorder, is my mornings. As soon as I wake, whether by alarm or not, I am in a terrified state. I am trying all my tools... relaxation, meditation, self talk, however, I am having a difficult time overcoming the horrible waves of nausea that overcome me for hours. What a way to begin each day, huh? Anyone else in this AM boat of terror?

Hi
I don't have morning anxiety, it starts when I wake up until I go to sleep. I am so tired of being nauseated all the time. my husband told me he is tired of me complaining about my nausea, so much for support. it gets worse at bedtime. I feel for you, it takes a lot out of you.
