I have that when I'm going through a prolonged period of anxiety. It will pass. I always try to find something to get myself excited about. Like plan a date with mu husband...or a new piece of art i'm excited to start. Don't let it bring you down. There are so many beautiful things in this life.

Oh yeah I get that sense of doom feeling more so than not however I do every once in a great while get that feeling like something good is going to happen. I think when we are being more negative and having a very stressful high anxiety day the feelings of doom are far more noticeable just like when we are having a more positive less stressful day the feelings of good things happening are there more so. If only we could make ourselves feel positive, happy, and courageous all the time.

God bless,
Susan

I get it too, and it'll last all day or for weeks at a time. I just try to be positive, I tell myself that everyone lives in the same world as I and goes through lifes everyday activities, that everyone is in this together. It makes me feel better. Mostly I pray that all will be ok, and ask for peace.
