okay? Some of these posts are so very intense and a few got me down too so I quit reading them and now try to stick to encouraging ones. I don't want the negativity in my mind. I have enough for everyone here hahaha. I am reading
a Psalm each morning and it really helps me.

Nana i know just how u feeel. I was actuallly ok with going otuside and i try to think positive but those negative what ifs keep creeping back on me. I just want to feel normal agaian and step outside my door without fear or panic i have just gotten out of thehospital and found my way back home now im working on gettiong otuside just for s short walk causes panic well actually what i tell myself before the walk causes panic.

Hi Jill, Thanks for the encouragement and you are right, I am going to stay away from those posts.
Selly, Im glad to hear you are back home. The thing that helped me the most with the positive thinking was that it was ok to have the negative thought, just make sure to replace it with a good one. Tell yourself its ok to have the panic and anxiety, do your breathing and you will get past the panic. It worked for me and I was house bound. The only thing to fear is the fear and it cant hurt you. Keep telling yourself that, and breath! :)

Hello everyone,
I cant believe how much time has gone by since I logged in. :( How are you guys doing?
I have been very busy and I have been getting out but have noticed lately that I am falling back into the old routine of having the anxiety and not using my tools. I am going to go over the sessions starting with 3 and get back to the relaxation tapes.
